Me and my husband, Jim totally appreciate Plumbing Innovations, they are very professional, neat in their job on time, honest, we will use them the rest of our life for any plumbing needs. They give the best service we’ve ever had from any company. Rory was the most efficient young man we ever met, and he didn’t leave us high and dry. He took care of us like no other. Kim, who is in the office is amazing. She helped us out so much in our time of need and got us help right away Rory, the owner of the company, came out right away!I think God for this company and I pray it continues to flourish because it is the best we’ve ever had. We give them a 10 star. They went over and above on everything. WE will definitely use them again.

My dishwasher stopped working and I could tell water was not entering the unit. Mark P. showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional the entire time. He explained the problem to me and went above and beyond to give me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future and what to look for, for signs of future issues. More importantly, he did not leave until he was confident the issue had been resolved and he ensured I knew how to reach him and his team should any issues arise.

We have had Rory, Marquis, & Mark here for issues with the Reverse Osmosis System. Rory and Marquis assessed our concerns and gave us several options of what was available. There was no pressure sales talk and they explained everything to us so we could make an educated decision. Today Mark Peji came to install a charcoal/carbon system and he was so professional and explained everything to us. We are new to Mesquite but I can unequivocally say that on a scale of 1 to 5 they are a 10. We will never consider any other company. They are the BEST!!!

Called office at 10:30am and received a same day appointment from 1-5pm while everyone else I spoke with was scheduling 2-3 days out. Mark P. the Technician was very professional when he arrived. On time, Assessed the problem, made suggestions and gave me my options. I made my choice and within minutes work was being performed to get water heater ordered and area prepped for his return. Once he returned in a very short time we were up and in hot water again. Excellent job. I will use this company again if I’m in need.

Our pressure regulator valve blew and was leaking quite badly. I called and spoke with a dispatcher who had us scheduled immediately for the next day. The technician came first thing in the morning before i could even check the time. I opened the garage for him and he had this repaired in less than 30 minutes! With a Friendly staff, fast work, and excellent customer service, they have gained a lifetime customer. My water heater took a crap, they were my go to, and same type of service. I would highly recommend this plumbing service!

When I tried to repair my bathroom toilet, I spent 5 hours trying to fix it.

Shayne came out to our house on Tuesday to do a second option (Under American home shield warranty) on our water heater. He was quick and through and explained the first plumber had tried to rip us off with extra work, that was unnecessary. Shayne explained everything throughly and clearly. We scheduled for Shayne to install our new water heater Friday. He came in and got everything installed and made sure we were happy with the work. Shayne was amazing. 100% efficient and honest. My water heater was leaking pretty bad I called to see when they would be able to come and check it out. Luckily they got me in the next day. Upon arrival they had all the equipment on hand to replace and bring my water heater up to code. They were quick and professional. This is my second experience with Gary and my first with Zack both amazing at what they do and very professional. Service, attention to detail, and overall customer happiness went above and beyond the call of duty.
We had a leak in our pantry that came from the hot water heater. Robert, our service guy came out and did an assessment of our wet dry wall. He thoroughly explained what was going on and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. There was no pressure to have an answer at that moment if he was to go ahead and cut through the wall to further assess the leak and its origin (Honestly, I was a little freaked out about everything and had to check with my husband.) Even with my husband on the phone, Robert explained everything a second time. Thank you for your patience, Robert!
Robert continued to stay about an hour and a half after the appointment time to fix the leak in the pipe. This is dedication to your job in full effect!! In addition, his friend/co-worker, Gary, drove out to our house to bring the materials needed to address the leak. Both Robert and Gary stayed until the work was completed. They also cleaned up after themselves as if they were working on their own home.
I am completely satisfied with their dedication to repair the pipe and to leave me feeling less stress!!
As much as these guys work in hot conditions, Robert and Gary took off to another job, with smiles on their faces and pep in their steps after a long day.
